I had the best experience with service from this dealership! My car engine light came on as I was coming home on 95 from Maine on a Friday night. I had my 10 yr old Nissan towed to the nearest dealership. (luckilyfor me it was Kelly Nissan in Lynfield). Usually I use a dealership close to my home. AAA towed my car to the service center, and Kelly Nissan had my car repair completed 14 hours after I left it with them!!! After having a terrible experience with the Nissan of Quincy location. The service center manager was short, interrupting me and just very condescending. Not helpful at all. Just a rude and miserable person that probably should have stayed home that day. I didn’t want my daughter to go back there because she and I both had a horrible experience. Fast forward…. Big thank you to Roy from Nissan in Lynnfield! He was patient and informative and was able to fix my daughter’s car and then some! So thank you again Roy!!

This was my first time getting a new car, I went to another dealership that morning and felt very uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in Kelly Honda there were friendly faces to greet me. He explained all the fees/ taxes etc and laid out all the numbers out in a very easy way to understand. No appointment necessary, just drive into the service drop off bay and they take it from there and there is a customer lounge with complimentary coffee, tea and water while your vehicle is serviced. Upon service completion , the service manager goes over all that was done and any recommendations for additional future service to be performed. Our overall vehicle purchase and service experience has been very positive with Kelly Nissan
