Kelly Jeep - Chrysler has again been named a Customer First Award winning dealership in 2017

For the second year in a row, Kelly Jeep - Chrysler on Route 1 North in Lynnfield, Massachusetts has been named a winner of the Customer First Award For Excellence by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).

The award signifies Kelly Jeep - Chrysler as an elite FCA Group dealer that is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience in sales and service to their consumers.

Kelly Jeep – Chrysler was named an inaugural Customer First Award For Excellence winner in 2016, showing that Kelly Jeep - Chrysler continues to provide the highest quality sales and service experiences to their customers in Massachusetts.

To qualify as a Customer First Award-winning dealership, the FCA dealership must achieve goals in five important areas: facility, customer processes, performance, employee surveys, and training certification.
