Kelly Jeep Chrysler Customer First Award Winner 2018

For the third consecutive year, Kelly Jeep – Chrysler on Route 1 North in Lynnfield, MA has been named to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' (FCA) Customer First Award For Excellence.

The Customer First Award program was started in October 2015 in an effort to improve customer satisfaction. Each of FCA's 2,600 Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, and Chrysler dealerships are eligible to win the award, which encompasses five key areas: Facility Certification, Performance Measures, Training Certification, Employee Surveys, and Process Validation.

“The fact that our Customer First Award for Excellence dealers demonstrated this level of excellence in such a highly competitive market demonstrates their drive to be the best of the best,” said Reid Bigland, head of U.S. sales for FCA. “Customers today have higher expectations of the shopping and ownership experience, and our Customer First Award for Excellence dealers are meeting – and exceeding – those expectations.”
