Jeep continues to push the boundaries with their 4xe lineup, which so far consists of Jeep Wrangler 4xe, Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and upcoming Wagoneer S. Now, as 2025 lingers, Jeep has announced that the Jeep Gladiator will also be receiving their very own hybrid addition.

Since its debut, the Gladiator has been closely linked to its sibling, the Wrangler, sharing not just its rugged style, but its taste of adventure. While Jeep has yet to release all the specifics of the new Gladiator 4xe, we can expect it to mirror the current Wrangler 4xe’s setup closely. This means a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine working in tandem with a pair of electric motors and a 14-kWh battery, resulting in an impressive combined output of 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque.

Despite its advancements, the 2025 Gladiator 4xe doesn’t compromise on its core features. It retains its iconic seven-slot grille, removeable roof panels and doors, solid front and rear axels, and a 5-foot bed capable of hauling all your gear for a weekend getaway.

The upcoming Jeep Gladiator 4xe represents the future of Jeep, combining legendary off-road capability with the efficiency and sustainability of electric power. With its innovative plug-in hybrid technology, the Gladiator 4xe is not just a truck; it’s a testament of Jeep’s commitment to a more sustainable future. Stay tuned for more details to come!
